The Work generally includes (but is not limited to): Installation of (2) picnic shelters purchased by owner, concrete sidewalks, asphalt pathways, small asphalt parking lot, landscaping, earthwork and grading.

Work generally includes, concrete paving, ornamental trellis, benches, table and chairs, shade trees, evergreen trees, ornamental trees, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, groundcovers, native seed mix, and lawn restoration.

The proposed work consists of the East Side Sports Complex Water and Force Main services.

Project consists of Concession and Restroom Building.

The Work generally includes (but is not limited to): Select demolition of existing playground and sidewalks, installation of new playground, shelter, and concrete sidewalks.

The contract shall be executed by the successful bidder; the bonds shall be executed by the principal and the sureties, and all insurance requirements shall be presented to the Owner within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of receiving written Notice of Award of the contract.

Work generally includes concrete paving and curb, engineered wood fiber / artificial turf / poured in place surfacing, playground equipment, site furniture, underdrainage and lawn restoration.

In general, the base bid Work consists of Playground Renovations on at Brooks Elementary, Steck Elementary, Welch Elementary, and Prairie Children Preschool located in Aurora, Illinois on behalf of Indian Prairie School District 204.
