The Work generally includes (but is not limited to): Installation of (2) picnic shelters purchased by owner, concrete sidewalks, asphalt pathways, small asphalt parking lot, landscaping, earthwork and grading.

In general, the base bid Work consists of Playground Renovations on at Brooks Elementary, Steck Elementary, Welch Elementary, and Prairie Children Preschool located in Aurora, Illinois on behalf of Indian Prairie School District 204.

Work generally includes asphalt paving, asphalt color coat, concrete paving, concrete sloped entry, sloped entry with curb, crushed limestone trail, integral curb at walk, curb at playground, engineered wood fiber, playground equipment, picnic shelter, bench, picnic table, game table, playground underdrainage, drain cleanout, mitered drain, shade trees, evergreen trees, native seed mix, and lawn restoration.

Work generally includes removals, concrete paving, painted playground games, playground equipment installation, safety surfacing, site furniture and restoration.
