2024 Playground Renovations Georgetown and McCarty Elementary Schools

A. Indian Prairie School District 204, hereinafter known as Owner, is accepting sealed bids for playground

renovations at Georgetown and McCarty Elementary located in Aurora, Illinois.

B. Stipulated Lump Sum Bids will be received until 1:30 p.m., local standard time, on February 28, 2024 at

the business office of the School District at 780 Shoreline Road, Aurora, Illinois 60504 Bids will be

publicly opened immediately following.

1. Bids received after designated time and date of bid opening will not be considered.

2. Two (2) copies of Bid must be submitted, on the form provided, along with two (2) copies of all

required supplements.

3. Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal ten

percent (10%) of the Base Bid must be submitted with the Bid.

C. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or

informalities in bidding procedures, and to award the Contract in a manner best serving the interest of

the School District.
