Sealed bids for the Sugar Grove Park District’s Black Walnut Park Master Plan project -- which includes removal and demolition of existing park features and the construction of proposed walkways, shade structures, basketball courts, playground, and site furnishings--will be received until 10:00 A.M. on Monday, February 3, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Owner has determined that this contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).

Submitted bids shall be in full compliance with all Instructions and contract documents set forth in the Project Manual and made on the forms provided in the Project Manual as furnished by the Park District. The Project Manual will be available for PDF download commencing January 13, 2025 from Accurate Repro, Inc. Online Plan Room at https:/www.accurateplanroom.com/.
